Sat April 21
This winter ANEW has had some significant flooding damage and renovations.  Now that the weather is getting better we are in need of some help to clean up our backyard as well as do some deep cleaning inside.  We are hosting a volunteer clean up day on Saturday, April 21st from 9am-3pm.  We will be providing lunch for all volunteers.  Here is some of the projects on our priority list:

  • Hauling garbage from the backyard left over from first floor renovation this past winter.
  • Taking used bicycles to Bike Recycle Vermont.
  • Deep cleaning kitchen and restrooms.
  • Interior painting.
  • Re-organizing storage areas.

Why is it suddenly a problem for so many?
We’re here to simplify the complex, give you practical tools to prepare delicious meals and help you find solutions to your digestive deficiencies.  We will help you understand how digestive breakdown causes inflammation, the root cause of most disease.  We’ll teach you about specific foods that heal and how to incorporate them into your everyday meal menus and daily lifestyle.  If you have gluten sensitivity, dietary inflammation, diabetes, or just need to change your eating habits, this day is for you.
Speakers:  Cathy Dodge CNC CH, Samantha Mitchell BSN RN, Kim Post NECI Graduate,
