Biblical Authority – God speaks to us through the Bible and we recognize the Bible as the final authority for our lives (truth, faith and practice).
Intimacy with God – God desires an intimate relationship with each of us.
Relational Integrity – Sexual intimacy is a gift from God reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman.
A Lifestyle of Worship – God seeks people who will worship him in spirit and truth by cultivating the spiritual habits of daily Bible study and prayer.
Authentic Community – Every person needs a place to belong. Accountability, care and spiritual growth happen best with relationally-connected believers, starting with regular participation in corporate worship and in a small group.
Intentional Apprenticing – We are responsible for making disciples by helping others determine and develop their S.H.A.P.E. (Spiritual Gifts, heart’s passion, abilities, personality, experience) for service.
Strategic Service – We are servant-leaders and will serve wherever there is a need because we know people only become qualified to lead by serving. At the same time, we recognize that our ministry has maximum impact when we serve according to our S.H.A.P.E.
Relational Evangelism – God’s message of forgiveness and reconciliation takes hold most effectively in the context of caring personal relationships.
Faithful Stewardship – We do everything with excellence, totally committing our time, talent and treasure because God deserves our best. All that we do is as unto the Lord to honor him and reach those who do not yet know Christ.
Mission – People matter to God and to us, especially the hurting and the lost. Not only do we love others but we will not rest until our personal lives, households, faith family and surrounding community are transformed by the power of God’s healing love.
